how do I delete my account?
open the account tab and scroll to the bottom, then tap "delete account" and confirm. this permanently removes your account and every entry you've written, and it can't be undone.
how do I change my daily reminder time?
go to the account tab and find "daily reminder," then tap "change time" and pick a new one. the toggle beside it turns reminders off entirely if you'd rather not be nudged.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
on the log in screen, tap "forgot password?" and enter your email. we'll send you a code. type it into the app and you can set a new password right there. the code expires after an hour, and you can always request a new one. if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.
can I edit or delete an old entry?
yes, any entry from any day. tap it in your timeline to open it, change the rating or the moment, and save. the "delete entry" link at the bottom removes it for good.
is my data private?
your entries are visible only to you. we don't sell your information, show ads, or use third-party advertising trackers. the privacy policy has the full details.
